I was born and raised in Montana on a registered Angus ranch. Our cattle were marketed as seedstock throughout the US. I learned to love the “way of life”...working in all types of

conditions...thru all four seasons. The outdoors calls me, the wonderful people that live the ranching and farming way of life.

I have three children; grown and on their own...all wonderful people! 

Protection of agriculture and that way of life is something that is very important to me. We must protect our agricultural lands to feed the country’s people. I want to assist folks in purchasing or selling their properties, doing it in an ethical way is very important. I help folks sell anything from bare land to commercial properties. It is very important to be able to “think out of the box”, selling real estate is different for each property and each client.

I represent buyers, sellers, and folks that need ideas and a consultant. I am a licensed real estate appraiser, a certified livestock appraiser, and the broker/owner of

PEDE and Associates Real Estate. 

I have my Accredited Land Consultant designation.  Accredited Land Consultants possess in-depth knowledge of local real estate markets, property valuation methods, and legal frameworks governing land transactions.

Mark grew up 4th generation in the small community of Manhattan, Montana. Mark worked for many of the local ranchers growing up and learned some of the basic life values from these

folks. Mark’s love of the outdoors and ag life was fulfilled there.

Mark practices these values in the Molt, Montana area where he currently resides . His family always strived to help others in need. Mark was a volunteer for the Fire Department, following

in the footsteps of his Dad and Grandfather. Mark is married, has five children and a grandson that are a huge part of his life.

Mark started his real estate career in 2006, with the drive to simply help people in purchasing of or selling of their property. Out of these transactions Mark has remained friends with so many clients.

Mikal Jones is a native Montanan born and raised in the Gallatin Valley. Mikal was raised on a ranch, the upbringing in agriculture helped Mikal develop the core Montana values of integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic. 

Mikal believes in building client relationships based on trust, honesty, and communication. Mikal is committed to providing exceptional service and is willing to work to help her clients achieve their property goals. 

In addition to real estate, Mikal is a health enhancement and traffic education teacher. In her spare time, Mikal enjoys getting out and taking in all that Montana has to offer and enjoying the great outdoors. 

Mikal is a graduate of Rocky Mountain College, enjoying eastern Montana as well as the Gallatin Valley.
